R.R. Donnelley Earns Multi-Year Contract Renewal With Bear Creek

Donnelley [NYSE: DNY] has been awarded a long-term contract renewal
through 2007 with Bear Creek Corporation to print all of its standard
size catalogs, including Harry and David and Jackson & Perkins. In
addition to this contract extension, Bear Creek also awarded R.R.
Donnelley the catalog printing work for its sister company Shaklee
during 2003.
