Mobius and Total Billings Partner to Provide Comprehensive Internet Presentment and Payment Solution

RYE, NY – December 16, 2002 - Mobius Management Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq: MOBI), a leading provider of software for total content management (TCM), today announced that Total Billings, Inc. (TBI), a North Carolina-based bill service provider, will deliver electronic bill presentment and payment services to its customers using Mobius's Click-n-Done® software. TBI will offer Click-n-Done as a component of Total Mail Manager™ (TMM), a real-time, Web-enabled software application developed by TBI. TMM allows TBI's customers to maintain control over their outsourced transaction processing functions and choose from a wide range of Web-based services. Click-n-Done will enable TBI's customers to offer a robust and cost-effective Internet presentment and payment solution while also providing on-line document archiving and retrieval capabilities for customer documents.

Click-n-Done, a component of the Mobius ViewDirect TCM suite, is built on a high-volume, high-performance repository that captures, stores, transforms, and delivers content in multiple formats from multiple sources. Click-n-Done supports bill, statement and invoice presentment and payment for business-to-consumer (B2C), business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-employee (B2E) applications. The integration of Click-n-Done and TMM will allow TBI's paper-based customers to easily and efficiently begin the transition to Internet presentment and payment. It will also provide control over the process of generating, distributing, storing and retrieving both electronic and paper transaction documents.

“We believe the integration of Click-n-Done and ViewDirect TCM functionality with TBI's TMM provides the most complete billing service solution in the industry,” said Greg Stadermann, TBI president and CEO. “Companies and government agencies can now outsource with complete confidence that their current and future transaction processing needs will be met cost effectively, implemented painlessly and maintained at a best-in-class level."

“We are pleased to be working with Total Billings to deliver a comprehensive billing solution,” said Neil Weiss, senior market manager at Mobius. “Click-n-Done and the integrated ViewDirect TCM repository support both paper-based and electronic billing, facilitating the transition for companies that must accommodate both preferences among their customers. The ability to store all bills — regardless of the format in which they are delivered — in a single repository reduces the costs and complexities of customer service and will provide Total Billings' customers with a significant competitive advantage."
