    This is the normal modus operandi for non-specialized recruiting firms. It has the lowest cost-benefit ratio for the Client Company. As we are selective about the companies we work with, a strategic evaluation is required. Approximately 30% of our business is conducted this way, usually when a CEO or manager tells us to keep an eye out for a particular type of talent.
